Important Safety Instructions
- Do not cover the heater. Keep the air inlet and outlet unobstructed.
- Place the heater upright on a firm, flat, level surface. Do not use it on a bed or other soft surface where openings could become blocked.
- Keep the heater at least 1 meter (approximately 3.3 feet) from walls and combustible materials, including bedding, curtains, clothing, paper, pillows, and furniture.
- Plug directly into a suitable wall outlet. Never use an extension cord, power strip, or external switching timer.
- Make sure the plug fits securely into the outlet. Stop using the heater if the plug or outlet becomes unusually hot, loose, discolored, or damaged. Have a qualified electrician inspect the connection.
- Do not place the heater directly below a wall outlet.
- Use indoors in a dry location only. Do not use outdoors, near baths, showers, pools, or water containers, or in bathrooms or laundry areas.
- Do not route the power cord under carpets, rugs, furniture, or appliances. Keep it away from walkways and other tripping hazards.
- Do not insert or allow foreign objects into any ventilation or exhaust opening.
- Do not use near gasoline, paint, or other flammable liquids or vapors.
- Hot surfaces can cause burns. Avoid touching the air outlet and other hot parts. Allow the heater to cool before moving it, and use the handle.
- Children aged 8 and above and people with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities may use the heater only with appropriate supervision or instruction and an understanding of the hazards.
- Keep children under 3 away unless continuously supervised. Children aged 3–7 must not plug in, adjust, clean, or maintain the heater; supervised switching on or off is permitted only when the heater is correctly positioned and they understand how to do so safely.
- Do not allow children to play with the heater or clean it without supervision.
- Do not use in a small room occupied by someone unable to leave independently unless constant supervision is provided.
- Do not use the heater if it has been dropped, visibly damaged, or has a damaged cord or plug.
- Turn the controls off before unplugging. Unplug when not in use and before cleaning.
- Do not open, modify, or repair the heater yourself. A damaged power cord must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or a qualified person.
- Use the heater only as described in these instructions.

How ECO Mode Works
ECO mode automatically adjusts heating output according to the difference between the room temperature and your target temperature.
- When the target temperature is slightly above the room temperature, the heater uses low heat.
- When the target is more than approximately 4°F / 2°C above the room temperature, it uses high heat.
- When the room reaches or exceeds the target, the heater runs its fan for approximately 30 seconds and then stops heating.
- Heating resumes when the room temperature falls approximately 4°F / 2°C below the target.
To leave ECO mode, press the Mode button to select another operating mode.
Remote Control
Open the battery compartment and insert two AAA batteries, following the polarity markings. Batteries are not included.
The remote provides these controls:
- Power on/off
- Sleep mode
- Mode selection
- Timer
- Oscillation
- Child lock
- Temperature/timer increase and decrease
Automatic Protection & Memory
Tip-Over and Motion Protection
The heater automatically stops if it tips over or detects unintended movement. Place it upright on a firm, level surface before turning it on again.
Overheat Protection
If the heater overheats, it shuts down. Unplug it, allow at least 30 minutes to cool, and check for blocked vents or nearby objects before using it again. If overheating repeats, stop use and contact support.
24-Hour Automatic Shutoff
The heater automatically shuts off after 24 hours of continuous use. If a timer or schedule specifies an earlier shutoff, the earlier shutoff takes priority.
Setting Memory
The heater remembers its previous heat settings and Wi-Fi connection for the next startup.

Troubleshooting & FAQs
Why won't the heater turn on?
Check that the plug is firmly connected to a working wall outlet and that the power switch on the back is on. Make sure the heater is upright on a firm, level surface. Do not use it if the cord, plug, or appliance is damaged.
Why does the fan keep running after I turn the heater off?
This is the normal 30-second cool-down cycle. The display counts down while the fan helps cool the internal components.
Why can't I adjust the temperature?
Temperature adjustment is available only in ECO mode. Select ECO, then use + or −. Also check whether child lock is active.
Why does the heater stop heating in ECO mode?
When the room reaches the target temperature, ECO mode stops heating after a short fan cool-down. Heating resumes when the room temperature falls approximately 4°F / 2°C below the target.
Why are the buttons not responding?
Check the child-lock indicator. Press and hold the Rotation/Oscillation button for 3 seconds to unlock the controls.
Why did the heater suddenly shut off?
Check whether a timer, schedule, or the 24-hour automatic shutoff has ended operation. Movement or tipping can also trigger a shutdown.
If overheating is suspected, unplug the heater and let it cool for at least 30 minutes. Clear any blocked vents and nearby obstructions. Stop using it and contact support if the problem repeats.
What do the error codes mean?
- E1: NTC temperature-sensor open-circuit fault.
- E2: NTC temperature-sensor short-circuit fault.
- E3: Overtemperature protection.
- EE: Tilt protection.
For E1 or E2, stop using the heater and contact support. For E3, unplug it, allow at least 30 minutes to cool, and check for obstructions. For EE, place the heater upright on a firm, level surface. If an error remains or returns, contact support.
What should I do if the plug becomes unusually hot?
Turn off the heater and stop using the outlet. A loose or faulty connection can cause overheating. Have a qualified electrician inspect the outlet and connection before using the heater again.
Why won't the heater connect to the app?
- Use a working 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and check the password.
- Enable Bluetooth and the app permissions required for device discovery.
- Confirm that the Wi-Fi indicator is flashing.
- Move the heater and phone closer to the router.
- Update the app and temporarily disable any VPN during setup.
- A network requiring sign-in through a web page is not supported.
Press and hold the Mode/Wi-Fi button for 3 seconds, then repeat pairing if necessary.
Why can't the app find the heater nearby?
Check that Bluetooth is enabled, the required app permissions are allowed, and the heater is in pairing mode. If the heater was previously connected through another phone or account, disconnect it there before trying again.
Why does the app show the heater as offline?
Check that the heater is powered on and that both your router and phone have internet access. Refresh the app's device list. If your Wi-Fi password changed, reconnect the heater using the new password. You may need to remove the offline device and add it again.
Why can't Alexa or Google Assistant control the heater?
First confirm that the heater responds in Smart Home Life. Then check the voice-assistant account link, make sure the heater has been discovered, and use its assigned device name in your command.
Can I connect multiple heaters to one account?
Yes. Add each heater separately and give it a distinct name so you can identify and control it easily.
