Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Airfire. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the product must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in the original packaging.
Please contact us at support@airfirestore.com before returning any item. Returns sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
