AP201 / AP203/ AP205/ AP209 Replacement Filter

Not sure this is your model? The AP201 uses a one-piece filter that twist-locks into the base. If your unit unlocks with a twist handle underneath and the filter and base come out as one piece, this is the right replacement.

When to replace your filter

• Replace after about 2,000 hours of use.
• When it's time, all indicator lights on the control panel flash.
• Replace sooner if you notice weaker airflow, less odor removal, or you run it in heavy smoke or pollution.
• After fitting a new filter, press and hold the HEPA / filter-reset button for 5 seconds to reset the indicator.

How to replace the filter

Safety first: unplug the power adapter before you start.

1. Rotate the twist handle on the base counterclockwise to unlock.
2. Lift out the old filter.
3. Remove the plastic wrap from the new filter. Running the purifier with the wrap still on blocks airflow and can cause it to overheat.
4. Place the new filter in and refit the base cover.
5. Turn the filter buckle clockwise until it clicks into place. Plug back in, then reset the indicator.

Keep your filter working between changes

• Brush or vacuum the white side of the filter regularly to clear hair and dust.
• Never wash the filter with water — it damages the HEPA material.
• Do not add essential oils to the filter. Oils can damage it and cause odor. (Use the aroma pad in the aroma box only.)

• Lights still flashing after changing the filter? Press and hold the filter-reset button for 5 seconds.
• Reduced airflow or odor removal? Clean the filter, or replace it if it's due.
• Not feeling the effect? Check the filter is seated and locked correctly, and that the inlets/outlet aren't blocked (keep 20cm clear).
